About RLBranch
A Scottish telecoms contractor built to grow.
RLBranch LTD, also styled RL Branch, is a telecommunications contractor based in Hamilton and Moffat. We work fibre, splicing, civils, poling and survey packages from northern England up to the south of Aberdeen.
Company overview
We exist to put network in the ground and leave it in a condition a principal can accept: fibre cabling, fusion splicing and testing, excavation and duct, trenching and reinstatement, poling and specialist tracked-crane poling, and TRR surveying ahead of build.
The company is directed by Lewis and Rhys. It is set up as a contractor, not a one-man band — with the site discipline, HSEQ and commercial follow-through needed to take on package work and move towards turnkey delivery as capacity allows.
Work to date has included Openreach FND, Flex and rural programmes, alongside civils and fibre packages for principals in the UK telecoms supply chain. Where we mention Openreach, Circet, Morrows or M Group, it is as sector experience. We do not present those names as live contract awards.

HSEQ
Health, safety, environment and quality are part of how the site is run — plant, permits, public interface and the paperwork that principals expect.
Delivery
Programme dates matter. We progress work, keep the principal informed, and finish. Quiet competence over noise.
Coverage
We are a Scottish contractor with a patch that runs down to England and as far north as the bottom of Aberdeen. Bases in Hamilton and Moffat cover South Lanarkshire, Glasgow, Edinburgh, South Scotland and into northern England — work we can get to, supervise and finish. Aberdeen city and anything north of it, and the islands, sit outside typical coverage unless a specific package makes sense.
The direction of travel is turnkey: survey through to handover under one contractor. We take on the scope we can resource. That is how you stay commercially useful rather than over-promising.
